Downtown New Haven has become one of the most popular foodie destinations in Connecticut, attracting some of the area’s most talented chefs and restaurateurs. The Appetizer & Dessert Crawl is a fun way to showcase the wide variety of culinary offerings in Downtown New Haven, while raising money for three great non-profits. “To date, The Shops at Yale has donated more than $14,000 to the Robin I. Kroogman New Haven Animal Shelter from this event. This year our goal is to make another $3,500 donation, in addition to expanding our fundraising to include New Reach and Arts & Ideas,” said David DelVecchio, Director of Real Estate Asset Management for Yale University Properties. David added, “Based on high demand in 2023, we chose to expand the number of Appetizer & Dessert Crawls from one to three to accommodate additional guests.
