WHCH registration open for childcare programs

The West Haven Community House is now accepting registrations for the 2017-18 school year for its high-quality, affordable childcare programs for children starting at age 3. More than 300 school-age children participate in the agencies before and after school program housed in seven West Haven public schools, and 150 preschoolers attend their Head Start school readiness program for income eligible families, which is still housed on Elm Street. Despite the loss of Connecticut’s Care 4 Kids child subsidy program last fall, the Community House still provides high-quality childcare at a reasonable cost.

For more information about the Community House’s Head Start preschool or before and after school child care, please visit their website at www.whcommunityhouse.org or call (203) 934-5221.
