Two Campbell Avenue locations were recently rented to new businesses. The announcement was made by Michael Richetelli, President and Designated Broker of Colonial Properties, Inc.
Tom Doyle represented the Landlord, York Business Center, LLC, in the leasing of 719 & 727 Campbell Ave. The 719 Campbell Ave., site consists of more than 4,000 square feet of industrial/retail space. The location was leased to Jordan Greenstein for a two-year term. The 727 Campbell Ave. location consists of office space of more than 330 square feet. It was leased to Inspired Occasion Party Rentals and Events for a one-year term.
Doyle also represented York Business Center, LLC, in the leasing of a 3,800 square foot industrial warehouse space located at 748 Washington Ave, Unit C to Lujo Bar for a three-year term. Lujo Bar was represented by Gary Bellard, CCIM, also with Colonial Properties.
“We are pleased to be able to consummate several lease transactions recently. Leasing activity for smaller retail and flex space, typically known as “mom and pop” type space, has been starting to come back slowly”, said Richetelli.
