West Haven’s Juneteenth celebration was postponed, due to rain on June 17. The city’s third annual celebration of Juneteenth will take place on Saturday, July 22 at Brent Watt Park, 24 Tile Street in Allingtown. Admission is free for all ages.
The festivities will take place between 11-3 with entertainment, food and vendor booths. Entertainment will include a variety of performances from a cross section of genres. Free parking is available at the University of New Haven Isadore Street entrance.
