New theater company
My name is Stephen Amato, and I’m proud to introduce myself as the Founding Artistic Director of the newly established Savin Rock Theatre Company, right here in West Haven.
I am thrilled to announce our inaugural season, which will feature two powerful and moving productions: Daddy Long Legs, a heartfelt musical based on the classic novel, and Eugene O’Neill’s Long Day’s Journey Into Night, a poignant and timeless exploration of family and forgiveness. In a partnership with the West Haven Public Library, Daddy Long Legs will run from Sept. 5-at Ora Mason Library. Eugene O’Neill’s Long Day’s Journey Into Night will be staged in a shoreline home in West Haven from October 3 – 5. Tickets can be purchased on Savin Rock Theatre Company’s website.
