Ferraro endorses Paige Weinstein
Thank you for your continued support for me as your State Representative in the 117th House District! I am writing this letter as a full and enthusiastic endorsement of Paige Weinstein as the next Mayor of West Haven.
I have gotten to know Paige over the last 4 years, and found her to be a passionate, steadfast advocate for all things West Haven. Paige and her husband Andy have served West Haven and invested in our community by being proud owners of their Allingtown business for more than 40 years.
Her devotion to her family, being a wife, a mother of two, and a loving grandmother, as well as her success as an in-town businesswomen of four decades, qualifies Paige to be able to move our town forward. I have full confidence that Paige Weinstein will surround herself with a winning team that will know how to transform West Haven, guaranteeing a prosperous future.
As a lifelong resident, I have seen administration after administration continue to make the same mistakes repeatedly. Paige is a new face. She is not beholden to any special interest group or individuals. She is keenly aware West Haven needs a solid performance-based economic plan.
To do that, Paige will start from day one by hiring a new slate of economic/financial advisors and developers. Additionally, she looks forward to hiring dedicated grant writers to secure city funding, while collaborating with current city employees and elected officials. Running a successful business has taught her the importance of properly managing people. Her passion is as patently obvious as it is infectious. She understands the importance of a well-managed police and fire department and is ready to partner with our firefighters and law enforcement officers.
As a State Representative, I have worked with community leaders from many different towns, and I can tell you that Paige Weinstein has what it takes to bring stability, accountability, and transparency to West Haven. I stand in strong support for Paige’s candidacy, and I urge all voters of West Haven to vote for Paige in the Republican primary in September and then, the general election in November.
West Haven needs change and Paige Weinstein is that change. Our town is where it is today because of the electoral decisions we have made to this point; it is high time we went in a different direction. Elect Paige Weinstein and we all win.
Charles Ferraro
