The Department of Parks and Recreation is registering residents and non-residents 16 and older for adult fitness programs.
A new session begins Oct. 1 for yoga, tai chi and Zumba and Oct. 2 for cardio toning.
Yoga meets Tuesdays and tai chi and Zumba meet Tuesdays and Thursdays. Cardio toning meets Mondays and Wednesdays.
Multiple class and program combinations are available to fit people’s schedules and budgets, including a senior discount.
