More than 175 poetry submissions have come in from city students for the Annual “Poet-Tree” Competition being sponsored by The Land Trust of West Haven.
West Haven poets Claire Zoghb and Tony Fusco will judge the poems, and the winners will be announced shortly.
Prizes will be awarded to the winners on April 27 at the Pamela Bellmore Gardner Lecture Hall on the campus of West Haven High School at a special ceremony starting at 6PM.
