Beating the heat!
Heat and humidity have blanketed the Northeast for the last two weeks, with the most sweltering temperatures felt over the last few days. Residents took refuge along the shore, hoping an on-shore breeze will provide needed relief. Dan Shine’s photo, taken near Dawson Avenue shows the humidity hovering over Long Island Sound looking toward Lighthouse Point.
