Spring has sprung at the West Haven Community House Head Start Program. Despite the on-again, off-again rain we’ve had in the area for the last two weeks, children were able to get outside and enjoy the warmer temperatures
Easter sunrise
Early risers journeyed to Bradley Point for the annual Easter Sunrise Service, sponsored by the West Haven Clergy Association. Approximately 75 attendees stood in a light drizzle to share in prayer, music and meditation led by Pastor Phil Krakowiak, Sr., from First Lutheran, Pastor Carl Howard from First Congregational and Rev. Dr. Sungmu Lee from First and Wesley United Methodist. At the conclusion of the service all were encouraged to attend their home churches for service.
