The Shoreline Festival continues through this weekend. Thousands of residents and families from surrounding towns came out to the Old Grove for the event. Organizers hope Mother Nature will cooperate as wet weather has hampered operations on a few nights
Blumenthal seeks shore funds

Sacco scholarships
The Village Improvement Association Sacco Scholarship winners were awarded recently. Named after longtime library director, Connie Sacco, pictured are Isabella Console, Connie Sacco, Chanelle Fuentes, and Library Director Colleen Bailie. Not pictured is Kaylee Pliszka. The $500 scholarships are for senior students entering their freshmen year of college.
