The Woodlawn Duckpin Bowling Yankees clinched the number one seed and a first-round bye in the upcoming Dini Tournament by defeating the Leslie Jewelers Dodgers, 8-0, behind the combined three-hitter by Colby Faughnan, Robert Foley, and Mikey Alfano. Ryan Bernardi had a double to lead the 10-hit attack.
In the first game of a double header the Augliera Movers Pirates beat the Gunning Law Firm Mets, 5-4, in eight innings. David Quiroz scored the winning run and Adam Limauro, Tyler Basett and Tegan Grillo had key hits and RBI. Ben Carfora and Brian Oliver had hits for the Mets.
In the second game, the Mets won, 5-1, in a rain-shortened game. Michael Anderson scored two runs and Jayden Roby had a key hit for the Mets. Bank Tighe scored the Pirates run.
