Ken Carney, head of the city’s Building Committee is overseeing the work and praised the construction. “The quality of work is outstanding. John Colonna of Colonna Concrete has taken great pride in his work. I believe the residents of Allingtown and all residents of West Haven will be proud of the final product.”
