Scout Troop 821 held its Court of Honor and Crossing Over ceremonies at Forest School recently. Scouts received numerous merit badges in recognition of their collective achievements along with the advancement of one Scout. Troop 821 is sponsored by the City of West Haven Fire Department, Allingtown and the Allingtown Volunteer Fire Association.
